The staff at Taryam American Intl School is cautiously selected from varied nationalities and with different cultural backgrounds. This mass of vide variety of the staff and the students certainly reflects the true international character of the school as well as helps promoting vision and mission of the school. Teachers are very carefully selected through interviews and demos and later by approval of the Ministry of Education. All members of the teaching staff are required to participate in the school’s Continuous Professional Development programs. This ensures the staff remains abreast of the latest developments in the fields of education and teaching techniques in order to provide the most effective educational experience possible to our students. Supervisors are required to maintain proper discipline flavored with affection and caring at the school campus and act as effective conduit between teachers, students and their parents.
